Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa

Winter is here and she’s up to no good!

When the temperatures drop so low all we want is nice cup of piping Hot Cocoa.

For a spin on your fav classic give this peanut butter flavored VEGAN version a try. It has all the comfort of the original, with an extra punch.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups non-dairy milk

1/2 cup semisweet vegan chocolate chips

1 Tbsp creamy almond or peanut butter

1 Tbsp organic sugar

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

Heat over medium and stir frequently until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat and serve.

Serve it up with vegan marshmallows!
