This recipe is packed with protein from Silken Tofu and fiber from spinach and kale, not to mention the flax seeds.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup fresh kale
1 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 a banana, frozen
1 cup fresh mango, chopped
6 oz silken tofu
1 Tbsp flax seed
