1. Keep it Simple

This cocktail is the perfect beverage to offer guests at the beginning of the evening, whether as a welcome drink or at the start of a dinner. The combination of bitters and lemon also helps to aid in digestion, perfect before a big meal!

INGREDIENTS:

1 sugar cube (organic sugar is best)

3 dashes of bitters

1 lemon wedge

Brut champagne

METHOD:

In a champagne flute, drop in the sugar cube and add the bitters. Squeeze the juice from one lemon wedge into the glass and top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

2. Tickled Pink

You know how we feel about pomegranate. Just in time for your holiday parties, this cocktail has the perfect combination of sweet and tart, and a gorgeous pink color to elevate the occasion. Pro tip: it also goes well with sparkling Rosé.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz pomegranate juice

3 oz Brut champagne (or sparkling rose)

pomegranate seeds

METHOD:

In a champagne flute, add the pomegranate juice and top with champagne. Add pomegranate seeds and garnish with fresh mint.

3. Oh So Fancy

The French 75 is a classic cocktail that is easy to make, light on the palette and a crowd pleaser. You can play with the proportions depending on what you’re in the mood for, a little more gin one day, a little less champagne the next. There are a number of different ways to make it and you can serve it over ice or up. We like to serve our recipe in a coupe glass for a more vintage feel.

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ oz dry gin

1 tsp superfine sugar or ½ tsp simple syrup

½ oz lemon juice

4 oz Brut champagne

METHOD:

In a shaker combine the gin, sugar/simple syrup and lemon. Shake well over ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
