This recipe for Sweet N’ Spicy Candied Pecans is SO simple and tasty, you’ll be keeping a fresh bowl on the table all Fall long.
These nutty snacks are coated with pure maple syrup and seasoned with ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper and a touch of sea salt to pack an awesomely sweet n’ spicy punch.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups pecans, halved
¼ cup coconut sugar
3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 pinch sea salt
PREP
Preheat oven to 350°.
METHOD
In a bowl, mix together halved pecans, pure maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
Add ground cinnamon and cayenne pepper, and mix until coated.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes, keep an eye out for burning.
