Last week we showed you the perfect base for all of your holiday pie ventures, this week we’re all about Broth!

Up next in our #HolidayHack series: we’re giving you a no-fail veggie broth recipe that will come in handy for Soups, Stuffings, Risottos and much more heading into the holiday season.

All you need is one hour. Easy enough right?

INGREDIENTS

2 quarts water

1 cup white wine

2 celery stalks

Β½ yellow onion

1 carrot

2 bay leaves

METHOD

In a large pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for approximately an hour.

Strain and store.

NOTES + SERVING TIPS

Broth can be stored and used for up to 1 week in the refrigerator or frozen for up to 6 months.

Freeze in ice trays for easy accessible use on demand!
