Indulge in peanutty chocolatey sweet goodness this halloween with our homemade vegan spin on the classic snickers candy bar.
Our Homemade Snickers are made with dates giving them a natural fruity sweetness that will satisfy all your trick or treaters.

INGREDIENTS
12 large Medjool dates, pitted
2 Tbsp water
1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup whole peanuts
Pinch sea salt
method
Combine Medjool dates, water, pure vanilla extract, pinch of sea salt in a food processor until smooth.
Add vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir until melted.
In a 6-inch baking dish, pour a thin layer of the melted chocolate on the bottom. Refrigerate or freeze until hardened. Sprinkle peanuts over the chocolate and cover with date mixture.
Pour remaining chocolate mixture over Medjool dates and peanuts.

Let sit in the refrigerator until hardened.
Slice into 1-inch thick slices and serve.
