This Halloween, try our simple recipe for Homemade Vegan Peanut Butter Cups. Just like the brand favorite, people will be snatching these up. and we promise they are SO simple. Give it a try and see for yourself.

ingredients
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp raw agave
1/8 tsp sea salt
method
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, raw agave, and sea salt. Stir together until incorporated.
In a small sauce pot, melt vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil together over low heat.
Arrange 10-15 cupcake liners on a sheet tray. Pour chocolate in the bottom of the liners so it comes up 1/4 inch. Freeze or refrigerate until hardened.
Add 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate. Flatted with a spoon if necessary. Cover with a ¼ inch – ½ inch of chocolate and place in the refrigerator to harden.
notes + serving tips
To eat, remove from cupcake liners and serve on a tray or wrap in foil!
Store in the refrigerator.
