Step up your cocktail game with these three delicious and herbaceous Fall inspired cocktails!

Whatever the occasion, whether its a dinner party or just drinks at home with your boo, make it a special one and give one of these recipes a whirl.

 

1. VODKA THYME LEMONADE

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS

4 oz bunch fresh thyme, kept on the stem

1 ½ cups water, divided plus more to taste

2 cups lemon juice, about 12 medium lemons

1 cup vodka

METHOD

In a medium saucepan, combine thyme, raw agave, and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, strain liquid into a pitcher, and discard the thyme. Let cool completely. Stir in lemon juice and remaining 6 cups water. Taste, and add more water if needed. Add vodka to taste.

NOTES + SERVING TIPS

Chill and serve with fresh thyme for garnish.

 

2. BLACKBERRY ROSEMARY BRAMBLE

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS

6 ea fresh blackberries

2 sprigs fresh rosemary

1 ½ oz dry gin

¼ oz raw agave

½ oz lemon juice

1 can ginger beer

METHOD

In a shaker, muddle the blackberries, rosemary, dry gin, lemon juice, and raw agave. Double strain to remove the seeds. Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with the ginger beer.

NOTES + SERVING TIPS

Garnish with a stem of fresh rosemary speared with a fresh blackberry.

 

3. FALL SANGRIA

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS

1 apple; peeled, cored, cubed

1 pear; peeled, cored, cubed

½ cup cognac

2 cups local apple cider

750 ml bottle sparkling wine or prosecco

¼ cup dried cranberries

3 cinnamon sticks

3 ea star anise

METHOD

Combine all ingredients into a pitcher and mix well.

NOTES + SERVING TIPS

To serve, pour sangria over ice and garnish with a pear or apple slice dusted in cinnamon.
