There are plenty of ways to stay active and in shape this Fall!
Whether its getting outside and embracing the crisp weather, or giving a new class a try, we have suggestions of how to mix things up this season. If you spent your summer indulging in late night cocktails and ice cream cones, make health and wellness a priority and check out some of our suggestions below!
1. WALK IT OUT!
Take a tip from Chloe herself: Instead of hopping on the subway or hailing a cab, walk home from work. Walking is the simplest way to maintain a healthy weight which can help prevent heart disease and improve your overall mood. Enjoy these last few days of mild weather before winter hibernation sets in. Make it fun! Put that Fitbit to use and compete with your friends to see who is burning the most calories. STEP your game up!
2. OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES
So many parks in the city offer outdoor fitness classes, some even for FREE! Central Park and Morningside Park offer yoga, dance, and general fitness classes throughout the week. Want to get more creative? Host your own class with friends. It’s a great way to live well and enjoy the pleasant Fall weather! Or, for a workout with a view, rent a Citi Bike and ride down the west side highway bike path. Take in the gorgeous views of the Hudson River while getting your dose of cardio. If Central Park is closer, try the 6 mile loop!
3. MIX UP YOUR ROUTINE
Don’t limit yourself to one gym or one kind of work out. Sign up for a fitness subscription and take as many classes as your heart pleases. ClassPass and FitReserve are multi-studio fitness membership programs that offer hundreds of class opportunities in NYC and other cities around the country.

Lookign for a sweet deal? We got you! Cram your workout and by CHLOE. trip into one with Sacred Sounds Yoga Studio. The studio is located LITERALLY around the corner from by CHLOE. and they offer an awesome program including “EXPRESS” classes that fit into any part of your day. Feeling the work week pressure? Try their Candlelit Flow class and be lulled into a relaxation coma. Stop by and you may even see Chloe on the mat next to you!
5. END YOUR WORKOUT WITH A BY CHLOE. JUICE OR SMOOTHIE
